Orange #6

The month of June was T-ball for lily. I don't know that she is going to be the most sporty thing in the world, but I guess we'll see. Even if she is 'all girl' it was really fun watching her get into being part of a team. The first game, she was in the outfield and a ball came at her, she ran right for it, got down, put her glove over the ball, looked up at dad with the biggest grin and announced that she 'captured it'!

I love this pic, especially the look on the poor boys face. He just wants to play ball, but Lily wants to make friends while waiting on 3rd base.

She was easily distracted in the outfield.

...and this is the little cheer squad in the middle of the field with balls flying around them.

I have a lot to do if I'm going to make her my sporty girl.

Watching her run was probably the best part and then she started sticking out her tongue. I guess that is a sign of an athlete.

Team cheer.

Good sport.

This video absolutely shows her sporty-ness. Everybody loved her (run?) and her looooong pig tails going all over the place when she ran. I just love that girl!

Welp.

Ya can't expect to have been one of the best athletes and just pop an athlete out of ya. She'll get there...but in the meantime, HILARIOUS.

haha. I think she got that run from me...looks pretty close. Awkwardly Awesome.

I don't think you have to worry about her being an athlete. :)
